Valery Mathews is a certified breathwork and ice bath facilitator, and teacher trainer. Her life purpose is to spread the healing power of breath and help others find their way back home to themselves. She believes that self-development is a beautiful, never-ending journey and looks forward to daily integration of all the different aspects of herself, light or dark that makes her original, unique imprint in this world. Valery is ecstatic to share the breath with Sanctuary guests and assist in your transformative journey.

How to prepare:
- Please arrive at least 15-minutes before the session to check-in & acclimate
- Stay hydrated, avoid heavy meals, and moderate caffeine intake before the session
- Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
- Bring a bathing suit for the ice bath session
- Consider bringing a journal for reflection & integration
- Come with an open heart & mind

- Welcome & introduction to the practises
- Guided & supported breathwork journey including energy & bodywork if required
- Guided & supported beachfront ice bath therapy session

We do not recommend you join this session if any of the below is applicable to you:

- Suffering from heart disease, high or low blood-pressure, circulatory or respiratory problems
- Suffer from seizures or epilepsy
- Are under the influence of any type of alcohol, drugs, anticoagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, stimulants, hypnotics, or tranquilizers
