A journey to breathe, feel, heal & master your life force energy

Breathwork

The yogic practise of Pranayama, or Breathwork as it is now more commonly known has been revered in India for over 4,000 years. In Sanskrit, ‘Prana’ translates to ‘vital life force’ or ‘life force energy’, and ‘Yama’ to ‘gain control’. So, Pranayama’s literal translation is to gain control of your life force energy via your breath.

We unconsciously breathe in and out around 22,000 times per day to bring lifeforce energy to our body. Putting conscious thought and focus to our breath can elevate our mind, body and spirit while releasing emotional and energetic blockages, bringing to light and healing past traumas, experiencing feelings of euphoria and unlocking the true potential within. Therefore, Breathwork is resurging as a key pillar to wellness.

This 120-minute session, including welcome and introduction is held in the energetically warm and inviting Sanctuary Sunset Space. Our Breathwork sessions are a safe and supportive container hosted by experienced practitioners so you can confidently breathe and release what no longer serves you while raising your consciousness and reach peak flow states. Your care and support throughout this journey are of the highest importance to us.

Our Breathwork sessions are for guests both new to the practise, and for experienced ‘breathers’. All are welcome.
